After seventeen years of experience as a Realtor, broker, manager, and vice president of a real estate company, Joseph Cooper founded RealTec Promotions in 2002 to serve the photography needs of the real estate industry. Over the next twenty years RealTec has grown into a full-service marketing company, with services expanding into brochures, virtual tours, videos, aerial photography, floor plans, virtual staging, postcards, and custom projects for gardens, estates and sculptures.

We use only professional equipment including drones, gimbals, cameras and accessories to produce high resolution, magazine grade photographs and videos for each customer, ensuring that the imagery we produce tells a stunning visual story. Of the thousands of homes and gardens we have photographed, our images have been featured in newspapers, magazines, books, and television.
